The Florida dealer delivered my car with a squeaky driver side window. It was annoying at best . Sound simple right, well it wasn't. I came back a few times to solve the problem with no results. Within a minute a police officer sto Yes, if you know Louis Del Balzo, a service consultant at Biener Audi. My 2008 A4 blew a brake light yesterday. Within a minute a police officer stopped me. I told him it just happened and I would have it fixed first thing in the morning. I doubt if he believed me. I meant it and was absolutely certain it would get done as I said. At 9:01 AM I was in the Service Department after ZERO waiting time. No appointment. The facility is huge. At 9:02 Mr. Del Balzo approached me and inquired what was wrong. I told him. At 9:05 the brake light was already being changed. At 9:15, before I even finished my complimentary chocolate chip cookie, (they are always delicious) Louis came to tell me the repair was complete. By 9:20 I was on my way out of the facility. It is 10:06 now. What can you say? This is not the type of attention or care you expect or receive anywhere else, at least not in the world of car service. And this was not an anomaly. This has been typical of my experience since I bought the car from Biener in 2008. Mr. Del Balzo has greeted me this way perhaps 10 times in six years for both routine maintenance and an occasional repair. There is always a handshake, a quick analysis of what needs to be done, an informative conversation and a perfect repair, all in less time than one would expect. Always. I commend Louis Del Balzo in particular and the entire facility in general for providing the kind of car care you look forward to. This is my third Audi and it will not be the last, in part because of the vehicle itself and in large part because of the maintenance and repair service you can count on. Thank you Louis. Edward M. I spent nearly 4 months test driving A4s around the Roch First off, I'd like to say that I am overjoyed with my new vehicle purchase from Biener Audi. I spent nearly 4 months test driving A4s around the Rochester, NY area, with no luck at any dealership. I even made the trip down to Nyack and Maplewood, NJ in my quest to find the right car. Mind you, that's more than a 10 hour round trip from where I live. I've walked away from deals over the littlest details, including small differences in price, rude negotiating, and the even method of payment. To say the least, finding the right car seemed quite helpless after a while. Thankfully, I found the vehicle with all the right specs at Biener Audi. The first person I talked with was Breene, who negotiated the sale. Within about 4 emails, we had a price worked out and were making arrangements for me to pick up the A4. I was a little hesitant to get my hopes up because of my previous experiences at other dealerships, but I was more than surprised with the service once I finally got down to Great Neck. Joe was the specialist who went over the vehicle with me, and he was more than helpful. He went over every detail in depth, and made the actual transaction effortless. I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received and would definitely recommend Biener Audi. I will definitely be purchasing my next Audi from them, and I can say that with 100% confidence.
