Outstanding experience with a new S5. I had an impeccable experience at this dealership, from start to finish. I had easy and quick access to my salesman/brand specialist Joe Mortell. He is extremely forthcoming, honest and easy to reach. We closed the deal over the phone in a span of a day, and I picked up the car the following day. Throughout the process, I was in direct contact with Brian Paige, one of the dealership's delivery / finance managers. He was extremely honest and transparent—there were no hidden numbers, hard-sells or anything of the sort. I did purchase an add-on service of my own volition, following his recommendation... but it was reasonably priced and a good value, and it was a no-strings-attached offer. Brian took my calls after hours on his personal cell phone, explaining in meticulous detail...because I'm a numbers guy like him. We organized a time for us to sit down and sign, and went through line-by-line explaining any and all questions I had about the transaction. To my surprise, the car had my final plates/tags already on it... I did not need to deal with temporary tags and go to the DMV. And this happened overnight! Arvinder walked me through all the features of the car before I signed, he was also extremely helpful. One of the detailers took care of any last minute water residue and gave me some tips on maintaining the car before we took it home. I'm sure I'll be doing more business with Biener Audi in the future, and would recommend them to anyone. They're an excellent asset to the community and I had an amazing experience. No nonsense, total transparency and fast. Exactly what I was looking for. A complete 180 from the other dealerships I spoke with. More
