Once quite a while ago a service technician there tried to take total advantage of me and my apparent car knowledge (I guess as a girl you can't know anything) and it really upset me. It took a long while to go back, and I am glad to say he is no longer there. Louis is the exact opposite. He is friendly, helpful, courteous and honest. I called later to ask an unrelated question, and he stayed on the phone with me until we figured it all out. Louis is a great asset to the team there. I really like Susan too. Thanks to those two, I will not hesitate to go back, and I hope he is the one who works with me. More
