I walked into Biener Audi a few months ago just to test drive the car I was interested in. There were a few cars I had in mind that were not Audi and I literally went into all the car dealerships on Northe drive the car I was interested in. There were a few cars I had in mind that were not Audi and I literally went into all the car dealerships on Northern Blvd to test drive numerous cars that day. I HONESTLY have to say that yes, I did love the Audi but I personally loved even MORE how personable, friendly, professional and non-pushy or salesman-like Pierre was compared to all the salesmen I encountered not only that day but in my other experiences as well! Pierre didn't try to sell the car to me, making me feel pressured. Sometimes you walk into car dealerships and you feel uncomfortable and awkward. Pierre on the other hand was very calm and collected which made me feel so much at ease! My husband and I went back the next week to seal the deal. My husband who is a car fanatic naturally had a million questions. Pierre didn't just whip out a pamphlet to show us the things we were curious about. He was so gracious about not only answering those questions but took his time to walk us over to different cars, inside/outside of the dealership to show us samples of things we were curious about (leather colors, paint colors, comfort package, sport package, trimming styles). He walked us around the whole parking lot searching for the things we wanted to see for ourselves. Never did we ask him once to do that! He offered! Long story short, we traded in our car but my husband and I ended up having to postpone the purchase due to working overseas. Again Pierre was so understanding and we left our trade-in at the dealer as credit. A month and a half before we ended up coming back to the states, we ordered the car from overseas. Pierre was so accommodating and understanding about our situation. We were in CONSTANT communication via email and telephone conversations despite the 14 hour time difference! It's hard enough trying to purchase a car in person, but most of the transaction was done over the phone/email and yet it was easy breezy! I really felt bad because of the constant back and forth email and the inability to do this in person, but Pierre never showed an ounce of frustration or annoyance. Even when I went to pick up the car, Pierre double checked, triple checked the paperwork and fiances to make sure everything was on point! He then stood outside in the cold going over the features of the car and then sat with me for an hour inside the car to do the same! This whole experience was super!!! More
Very helpful answering my questions and selecting a vehicle. I love the car. There are a couple of minor things that need to be looked at with the trunk but overall everything was great and Pete went o vehicle. I love the car. Wonderful experience at Biener Audi. The service from the sales staff was excellent. Joe is even making a house call to help explain things to us (e.g. how to program garage door opener). Wow is the best word that can describe Pierre at Biener Audi. I recently purchased a 2011 Audi S4 from a dealership in Ohio. The car had been serviced at Biener Audi in the past and I wanted to get all o Audi. I recently purchased a 2011 Audi S4 from a dealership in Ohio. The car had been serviced at Biener Audi in the past and I wanted to get all of the service records for the car. I reached out to Pierre at Biener Audi and I got an immediate response from him saying that he would get me the service records the next day due to the service department being closed. This was at 8pm. Even though I didn't buy a car from Biener or him he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. If he is willing to get me service records knowing that I will never buy a car from them unless I am in New York imagine how far above and beyond he will go for you when you are buying a car from him! His exceptional customer service is a great example of what customer service should be about. He put the customers needs first, listened to what made me happy and delivered accordingly. As a Sales Account Executive myself, I know first hand what it is do deal with clients. In order to be successful, you must first learn what is important to your customer.
