Once we had the car here you had some hesitations and even after incurring the expense of bringing the car to our showroom we offered you a very easy no pressure option to back out of the deal. We are very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your experience. Biener Audi has always and will always refund deposits in a timely fashion. We do not try to hold them and we have nothing to gain from delaying the process. After you left the deposit you spent a few days considering an aftermarket warranty for the vehicle, it was not made clear that you no longer wanted the car held and expected an immediate refund. Once you made clear you were cancelling we issued the refund and as discussed most of the delay you saw was your credit card company processing the request. -Breene Callahan, Business Development Director
