Called for new A4 Lease. Salesman Eddy was very was unprofessonial and rude.did not even ask my name and number. gave me lease price of $500 to $700 with taxes up front. When asked how much was car he said $54000.I told him online the price is $36000 plus extra then he said oh then its $45000. I have leased Mercedes and BMW cars and i was looking for small car for my high school graduate son. I guess Audi lost me. Thanks Biener More

Oh Tony Renna....this guy...is great at and pressuring customers into signing a deal and when you hesitate or trying to make a counter offer then humiliation comes in... how could a professional sales per customers into signing a deal and when you hesitate or trying to make a counter offer then humiliation comes in... how could a professional sales person talk to potential customer without even looking at the eyes and don't even bother to raise his head look at you? This happens when you negotiate the price, he will tell you "I don't think you are ready for this car", oh please, I got my Q5 without needing financing but from another dealer. Honestly, he is not even a nice person with talk to much less a adequate salesman. I don't know how there are only positive comment here except me, unless Tony all of sudden changed his personality? Or these comments are.....you guess the rest of the sentence and think carefully before going in there and good luck. More
