No need to wax poetic about that long history but, suffice it to say, the successes of those various companies and businesses were built on building and cultivating long-term relationships first, followed by providing superior products and service. I believe that is also the key to the success of Biener Audi. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Biener for over two decades and I always know that I have been dealt with fairly and ethically....from the sales floor to the excellent and always efficient service department. Over the years I've been tempted to change brands and then I reflect on my relationships with Biener and drive out with another new Audi. It starts at the top and I credit (now) General Manager Rich Pizzo with navigating this big Audi ship on the high seas of automobile sales and service. More

Bad experience turned positive. I accompanied my son today to this dealership to purchase an Audi for him. The salesman we had, Marc Rubin, really kind of rubbed us the wrong way upo I accompanied my son today to this dealership to purchase an Audi for him. The salesman we had, Marc Rubin, really kind of rubbed us the wrong way upon our initial greeting. Not a friendly man. Maybe he was unhappy because he had to work on a Sunday, not sure. In any event, we continued with Marc. He definitely had an edge to him and made me uncomfortable. I remained silent during the whole process. He worked out a deal which was satisfactory to us. My husband attempted to ask him a simple question about the deal and then all of a sudden Marc showed his true colors. He became extremely unprofessional, resorting to inappropriate language speaking over my husband and not even allowing him to finish his sentence. At this point we got up and started to leave because there was no way we would continue with him. He then went on to tell the sales manager that we were trying to back out of the deal. After my husband spoke to the sales manager himself, the sales manager became very apologetic. We informed the sales manager that we, in fact, definitely wanted to do the deal, but would in no way continue to do so with Marc. Sales manager assigned a new salesperson and the deal was done with a very nice lady named Lauren. Lauren remained professional and courteous throughout the remainder of the process, answered my husband’s one question professionally and without resorting to inappropriate language. As I write this, I am still in shock st how a Marc conducted himself and at a loss as to why he went off. I would recommend this dealership for sure, but do yourself a favor and steer clear of Marc Rubin. He will make your car buying experience a very unhappy one. More

David Kim did an excellent job explaining the tech features of the car. I'm very happy with my decision to lease from Marc Rubin at Biener and would highly recommend. I have to mention that other Audi dealerships tried to high-ball me on the lease. Not Biener.... . More

As someone who was purchasing and not leasing, He quickly recognized what was important to my specific needs and did everything he c George was great! I had lots of detailed questions. He went out of his way to get me answers for all my crazy questions, and even helped introduce me to other people in Audi to help the overall Audi experience. Brian Page was also very welcoming, accommodating and honest, making the finance/upgrade transition a pleasant experience. Louie in the service department also helped make the exiting experince a positive one. All good people! More
Great Customer Care Mr. Del Balzo was excellent. My only complaint had nothing to do with him. I lost the key to. My loaner. The day after I had to purchase a new key, I Mr. Del Balzo was excellent. My only complaint had nothing to do with him. I lost the key to. My loaner. The day after I had to purchase a new key, I found the original. When I alerted Beiner, they informed me once the order for the new key had been made, Audi policy prevented them from canceling the order. This effectively left me with a $400 Audi paperweight in the shape of a key. This should not be the case. I was disappointed with this Audi policy, but my disappointment had nothing to do with the excellent service I received from Mr. Del Balzo. More
