I’ve never had a better experience! I walked into Audi one night a couple days after a car accident. Someone had totaled my car and I was completely baffled and shocked about how fast th I walked into Audi one night a couple days after a car accident. Since my car was totaled and I had just met with my lawyer I began to panic about the issues of finding a new car before they would ask me to take it back. So it was 730pm at night and Audi closed at 8. I walked in an met the most amazing named Angela... she treated me with such amazing hospitality. I didn’t want to stay and keep them but she showed me a couple cars and made an appointment for the next day. I met Angela around 2 not expecting to purchase anything since it was one of my first stops, and we test drove 2 cars. After the second car I was hooked. I didn’t need to go to another dealership I didn’t need reassurance. There are no “sales people” at Audi. Just people who enjoy their jobs which is great to see because the cars there sell themselves. I walked out with an amazing car at an amazing price and met the most amazing people. I’m really glad I stopped in although I had many worries ... I left feeling safe in my new car. I couldn’t be happier. More

The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The dealership makes you feel "at home," with coffee and soft drinks available as well as fresh fruit if you so desire. There was no "while we were checking your car we found this costly repair that needs done." It was a "great situation."
