Been coming to this dealer for the last 8 years. The last couple of times I’ve come for service, customer service has been less than stellar. The employee was disrespectful. I rounded the amount of miles on couple of times I’ve come for service, customer service has been less than stellar. The employee was disrespectful. I rounded the amount of miles on my car, he made sure to point out the correct amount to the last mile. Then as I’m going outside, an employee walks in and gives me the eat xxxx and die look. Audi, what has happened to your customer service?? I would understand if it was a new employee but this was the service manager who I’ve dealt with since I bought my car. Disappointed! Time to look for a different brand/dealer. More

Personnel are very courteous. David was not available when my car was done and another advisor quickly stepped in to check me out. Service tech did not have a mask on when he brought my car around. Malcolm Smith, sales rep., was awesome! He was polite and patient. Due to Covid restrictions we communicated with him on-line. He was honest and upfront with us through the whole process. After purchasing the Audi Q5 he went over everything in the car with us in a way we could understand. Very patient! We did have an issue with the finance person. She was confusing to say the least. She did not explain the packages available thoroughly and misled us on the cost. We told her upfront that if we choose any packages such as Audi Care, etc. we wanted to pay for it separately but she kept adding it into the monthly payment. I believe we spent three times as much time with her than necessary. More
