That plan went out the window the moment we met Jae Baik. Jae is the kind of salesperson you hear about but rarely get to experience. From the very first handshake, he was warm, genuine, and completely pressure-free. He took the time to really listen to us, answered every question with patience and expertise, and made the whole process feel effortless — even fun. There was no pushy sales pitch, no back-and-forth games, just honest, thoughtful service that had our best interests at heart. I am not someone who writes reviews. Ever. But when an experience is this exceptional, it would feel wrong not to say something. Wow! Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Same salesman/salesfriend, Mr Ben Ward. Simply put: Product knowledge 10, Attention to detail/us 10 Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Gave me choices an we picked one. Ben Ward, "ok, I will put some #'s together". My number is ### per month. Ben, "ok i will see you in the morning" side note this was Friday late in front of my home with the vehicle in question. OK Ben see you then. Sat morning wife's new A3 sitting amongst a few Lambos ready to go. Finance time, monthly payment is, wait for it.. Exactly what I expressed i needed it to be! I expected different. Mr. Ben Ward no nonsense professional. We enjoyed the experience of adding a new car payment to our account even when we didn't want to do such a thing. Another story. Side Note, we decided to test drive the car this time. We did so with full confidence it would not be eventful and it wasn't. btw The test drive took longer then anyother part of the buying process.
