We have been shopping around for a new car for a couple of months. Elias Monge, our brand specialist at Audi Henderson, was consistently patient, easy-going, and no-pressure from the beginning. His name is MEL ASSAI, I was at Audi Henderson dealing with a car I purchased in October, the dealer I had then was horrible, I left regretting my de His name is MEL ASSAI, I was at Audi Henderson dealing with a car I purchased in October, the dealer I had then was horrible, I left regretting my decision and the more time that went on more issues came. I was pretty sure I was going to be stuck in this car that was damaged and not at all what I wanted or asked for at all. When I came back to Audi to try and resolve the issues I was introduced to Mel. I also that day brought backup because the previous salesman clearly used my being a female to his advantage . Mel was so patient he listen to every single thing I said, and I could tell he was listening understood where I was coming from and though I get why he couldn’t agree with me on some of the things I knew in my heart he was agreeing with me. The back up I brought was no idiot either he himself was a salesman, and he is pretty stubborn. Mel worked his magic and handled everything for me with class and most of all respect. He made sure I left with a BIG smile and helped me remember why I loved Audi. I just wish I had met Mel in October, it would’ve saved so much time, MONEY, and headaches. It’s soo important to know that there are amazing salesmen like Mel out there, if you are thinking about buying an Audi or lambo most definitely hit this guy up, you will not be sorry. More

My latest visit was a disappointment, I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the pur certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the purchase date and I understand that, but the wrong size tires were placed on the vehicle by them, and they said that there is nothing they can do. I am still out the money to replace the tires that they sold me the vehicle with, not what I would consider good service. More
