Elias was very friendly, helpful and professional. Didn't mess around or try to upsell us. We showed up and he asked how he could help. We told him the vehicle we were interested in (based upon our online search) and he said he'd pull it around. Took it for a test drive and made an offer. They countered and we gave our final price we were comfortable with and the Sales Manager (Geoff) signed off. Whole process was relatively quick and easy. If in the market for an Audi, or anything else they may have taken in trade, I would use this dealership again in the future. Ask for Elias ;-) More
