Love the concierge option. The pick up and drop off person were professional. Didn’t get any updates during the day regarding the car status and had to call around to find out The pick up and drop off person were professional. Didn’t get any updates during the day regarding the car status and had to call around to find out the car was on its way back. Mechanic found an issue but never got any calls on whether we wanted it taken care of while the car was still at the dealership. Still waiting for an update on our options to have it fixed or under warranty. More
