Frustrating experience overall- issue with the office not recognizing my first appointment, not having the parts so a basic repair took 3 days, to the individual not calling on day 1 or 2 for an update (I ha recognizing my first appointment, not having the parts so a basic repair took 3 days, to the individual not calling on day 1 or 2 for an update (I had to call). Makes me question where to buy / service my next Audi. More

Would have given more stars - but after asking to take my front spoiler that was damaged off (requiring removing 5 total screws while the car was up on the lift for my scheduled tire rotation /oil change) th front spoiler that was damaged off (requiring removing 5 total screws while the car was up on the lift for my scheduled tire rotation /oil change) they said they would give me an estimate of the cost to remove it). Literally 5 screws! Considering I bring all 3 of my Audis there for service always, to say I was unimpressed.and very disappointed is an understatement! More
