Brian made it a breeze. Checked me in, pulled up my work order and pulled up my loaner. I was in and out within 10 minutes. He called me a few hours later to give me an update that they were working on the order and pulled up my loaner. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Normally In the past I didn’t have any problems until yesterday so the rating would’ve been higher. the problem I went in for wasn’t fixed and it really was an easy fix ( flat tire).
