Great work on my 10K maintenance for my Audi SQ7. I had someone from Audi give me a ride back home while Audi completed the work. Drop our Q5 off for the 40k service. I was provided with a loaner. I picked up the car later that day and found it washed and looking great. I am giving 0 stars, as I have always been treated badly within the service department, though other staff have been respectful. Most recently, I had a nail in a tire. When I took the car in, as I do within the service department, though other staff have been respectful. Most recently, I had a nail in a tire. When I took the car in, as I do have the extra warranty that covers tires, I was told to return four days later, without being offered a replacement car. Instead, I was told to drive around with a nail in my tire or to use Uber or a rental car. If a replacement car is not part of the warranty/tire agreement, couldn’t the representative have said that?
