Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

I have had my servicing at Hoffman 3 times, it has been terrible the last 2 times. The staff has no idea what appointments are scheduled. So when you are not aware of anything, instead of making sure every terrible the last 2 times. The staff has no idea what appointments are scheduled. Given that this was the second time this happened, I even escalated the issue to Andy Emberton this time. He did nothing. More

Drop our Q5 off for the 40k service. I was provided with a loaner. I picked up the car later that day and found it washed and looking great.
