Everyone was friendly and polite and observed all of COVID requirements. The work on the car was done in a timely manner. The rating I gave is due to the fact that no easy task or request is ever done in a timely and efficient manner with Audi Hoffman Estates service dept. For examples, my recent oil change was quoted as 1hr wa request is ever done in a timely and efficient manner with Audi Hoffman Estates service dept. For examples, my recent oil change was quoted as 1hr wait time when I scheduled it, but upon arrival I was told 1.5hrs. I informed the guy I was told 1hr so he immediately barked that I would not get a car wash then. If a car wash adds 30min to my appt, then my point I’m making is confirmed....no easy task done by you guys is efficient. Another example is when I last visited for someone to put air in my tire since I was in the area for work, I was told it would take 1hr. An HOUR to check and fill air to a tire?!! It’s unheard of. I have dropped into Audi in Naperville and they accepted my car immediately, and actually provided help in installing my roof rack without any wait time. That is true customer service with no attitude or delays, or excuses. The fact that my car was delivered back to me without a car wash the other day was shocking. The video you provided me showed them done within 40min so the fact the car was returned to me filthy is unacceptable. In no way do you go above and beyond for your customers and that is telling of management and trickles down to your service team. All of these experiences will be kept in mind when I purchase my next Audi. More

Bad customer service. No follow through lack of communication. I called to pick up my car and some in service (Female) said your car is ready and is currently being washed. I come to pick it up and it is not ready and part of the services have not been performed. The car was also not washed. I also received zero communication from the time I dropped my car off until 35 hours later when I called. I would have been happy to keep the loner an additional day if it took that. In addition it only Brian was doing a good service job by trying to smooth it over and apologize. On top of that the three others people were clueless about where the paperwork was and what to do next. Audi is a luxury brand and the service related to these vehicles should be at that level. You would sell more cars long term. Overall internal and external communication needs to be adjusted. More
