As always, I was very pleased with my visit. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. My Q5 was presented to me sparkling and shiny like new following my oil change and check up. The only complaint, I think this is a corporate decision, that I need to pay for a tire rotation. This is the first car that I have ever continued to service through my dealership and it is costly to do so. I have a mechanic that I have always trusted and used and I know that service would be cheaper there. He has kept every car we’ve owned alive and well for at least 18 years. These cars were not garage kept. I think for the price, the rotation should be included. Audi HE, you still get my 5 stars! Thanks. More

Staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. I have a 2018 RS5 WITH warranty! Im not sure why you guys are telling me i need to pay a diagnostic fee to diagnose the electrical issue i’m having, what’s th 2018 RS5 WITH warranty!
