Brian in the service department is awesome. Polite, kind , thorough and willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for me. He helped me work with the end of lease inspector which was a very confusin , thorough and willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for me. He helped me work with the end of lease inspector which was a very confusing process. The lease end guy, Gary was rude and unhelpful and Brian went out of his way to help me. I was frustrated and rather than snap at me all rude and dismiss me like Gary did, Brian looked at me kindly, realized I was having a bad day (my dog died the day before) and was compassionate. He also was the one who told me I was scheduled for an improper time for service and got me a loaner car immediately. I appreciate his kindness, his knowledge and his willingness to go the extra mile for me. I was ready to wash my hands of Audi but now I may wind up getting the Q3 he assigned to me as a loaner.
