Dropped my car off at 10am, service didn’t start working on the car until 2pm when I called for update. Squeaky breaks are “normal thing” according to service. When picked up my car at 3pm(!) my child’s car on the car until 2pm when I called for update. Squeaky breaks are “normal thing” according to service. When picked up my car at 3pm(!) my child’s car seat was completely on the other side of the back seat, everything was out of order but according to service it was “courtesy” to me that they vacuumed the car!! I feel like they didn’t really do anything except for oil change as like stated before, car was dropped off at 10am and they didn’t touch it until 2pm!! More
