Ms. Erenfried, First and foremost, I apologize if our level of communication did not meet your expectations during your service visit. Taking care of our clients in a timely and transparent manner is of utmost importance to us and a big reason why we have consistently been in the top ten percent of customer satisfaction amongst Audi dealerships across the country over the last seven years. I can assure you that at no time was Ted trying to take advantage of you in any way, shape or form. He has been a model employee here for over thirty years. But that being said, everyone makes mistakes, maybe Ted did not use all of the tools available to him to get you the information you required after he had spoken to you on the phone and had verbally given you a quote on the tires. He could have also emailed the quote on the brakes and the tires needed on your vehicle, so again I do apologize if this was the case. If we were the type of people who look to take advantage of our clients, I can also assure you that we would not be idiotic enough to do so of someone who is a known very good friend of our Office Manager, Kris Colella. Kris can also attest to the integrity and to the fact that Ted McConnell has been a stellar employee of the dealership for as long as she has worked here. Also, if Ted was looking to take advantage of you he would have told you that the brakes needed to be replaced immediately instead of being honest and letting you know that you still had some time left on them before they absolutely needed to be replaced. Finally, you can be rest assured that the wheel and tire set that we gave to you back in November 2019 was your set of wheels and tires. There are very specific wheels that fit on an SQ5 and we do not have random sets lying around the dealership. Apparently when the wheels were cleaned last year one of the porters must have forgotten to place them back in their storage bags. When you were just in last week Ted found a set of storage bags sitting on a shelf in our detail bay and assumed that they could have been yours. Since you said that these were not yours, we ordered a new set of covers and have already sent them to you. If you have not received them yet, they should be at your door any day now.
