Ted was great to work with, and made my service appointment a seamless process. My loaner was ready when I dropped it off in the morning, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Horrific experience with Ted McConnell. He lied and played games with me. Told me I needed new brakes and tires. I asked for a cost on Tuesday. I was sent a quote on Friday, after I had my car picked played games with me. Told me I needed new brakes and tires. I asked for a cost on Tuesday. I was sent a quote on Friday, after I had my car picked up. He also did a bait and switch on some summer tires. I am meticulous about my car and tires, I bought racks to keep them in my 3rd car garage. My tires were in new Audi bags with rim covers. After switching the tires, no one seemed to know where my tires went. I was given 4 tires in garbage bags with nails in the tires. I was told the bags were somehow lost and he would reorder them. I found 4 dirty, rusty filthy bags in my trunk today after getting my car back with no work completed. I will never go back to this dealership and will discourage my network of business associates to do the same. I have taken 2 people here who both purchased vehicles. Never again! When you cheat and lie multiple times, you don't get another chance. This place won't be in business much longer if this is the way they treat customers who have purchased 6-7 cars from them in the past. I will go to Audi Exchange, and recommend you do the same! Done with this group! I might just call Chanel 7 news to look into how he did what he did and got away with it. They are advocates for people who get taken by other companies! Really poor service and treated awful! More
