Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

Communication was poor in service. I had to call every 5 days to find out a status. At one point I was told the car is almost done. A day later it’s no where near ready and again I had to call to find out. days to find out a status. At one point I was told the car is almost done. I ask for the car back and when my mechanic gets it’s we notice immediately there is NO coolant in the car and some engine parts were left very loose! Completely unacceptable. Completely disappointed as I have had a positive experience with the sales staff. More

This dealership has been my go to service station for my 2010 q7 TDI. I purchased used from another dealer with Audie's 4 year or 48k miles emissions warranty. Basic Service Came in for basic service. When the car was purchased, I was informed that it came with a pre-paid service contract that would cover the basic mainten Came in for basic service. When the car was purchased, I was informed that it came with a pre-paid service contract that would cover the basic maintenance up to 50,000 miles. The car only had 20,000 miles when purchased less than a year ago, giving me 30,000 miles to go (the way it was presented). Upon this service visit, I was informed that the service contract will expire this year even though I only have 27,000 miles on the car. Apparently if you pre-pay for the service contract, it expires after 5 years. A little disappointing. I must say that the car was purchased at a different Audi dealership (Westmont). This was my initial visit to this dealership due to location. I will be returning to this dealership for future service needs. More
