This dealership ensures my car is in pristine operating condition, and offers me advice on maintenance without pressuring me to do it all at once. I’ve been there for a few oil changes, and they seem to only make recommendations when they truly believe the car needs it. In other words, they don’t upsell for the sake of upselling. 11 days for motor mounts? I booked an apt online. Received a text that communication would be via text. Never happened. Did not even receive a quote for repairs like I requested. I had to initiate the contact to find out when my car would be done. Was told their busy! What’s the point of having an apt of it takes more than a week for a simple repair? And I was quoted $975 for a window repair. Laughable. Literally every other place I called was $250. More
