Less than satisfied and totally surprised Our Audi Q7 was just in for 50,000 mile Service 784 miles later I had some gasket malfunction Was quoted an estimate of 1700 to $1800 What could I d Our Audi Q7 was just in for 50,000 mile Service 784 miles later I had some gasket malfunction Was quoted an estimate of 1700 to $1800 What could I do but say go ahead and fix I asked for any consideration because of the closeness to the $50,000 mile service check up Was extremely Surprised when the final bill came $1950 I question the difference the answer I got was state tax Only problem was it was only $400 for the parts in $1500 of labor So State tax was not the difference Totally surprised of the indifference and lack of understanding that the service representative had for our situation This from the service rep we had total confidence in and had dealt with for the best 5 to 6 years now I have the vehicle home and now my brakes are squeaking As this is our third Audi in the last 10 years my wife and I very disappointed Adding to our dissatisfaction we were without a vehicle with no loaner from Friday morning until Monday at five PM sincerely Joe and Diane Maxwell More
