Loan issue and over priced Firstly I was given a loaner with an empty gas tank and did not know until I got on the tollway and had to exit several miles down. Second I was charged $200 more than any other Audi dealer or independent service for my front brakes. I will not be back for service or a new vehicle. More

Great service experience I had a great experience with the service department at this dealership. I really like the Tech's video walkaround of the car. The tech was articulate and clearly explained everything he found. Mike T, my service advisor was very friendly even though I could tell he was pretty busy. I expected to drop off my car but they were able to complete the service very quickly which saved me some time. My only issue is that the system didn't seem to have a record of the appointment I made online and I had to re-give all of my information. Was minor inconvenience. More

Since then, I’ve brought my car in for service a few times and every time has been quick and stress free. Ricky helped me check my car in and get a loaner. During the service process, he checked in with me to give me an update and let me know when my car was ready. He is very knowledgeable and was super helpful throughout the whole service process.
