Service on my A3 diesel My car was returned in a day after getting it back. The problem came back. Mike Colles was friendly and apologized that the problem came back in such a short time. Got a nice loner car right away the second time as well. The waiting time was not long. I used the loaner for almost a month since the parts were on backorder. Periodically as things were moving forward I was always informed by Mike. Service manager made exception about taking the car out of state for the weekend. It was much appreciated. I got the car back and the problem hasn’t came back yet. Since the car has the extended warranty all repairs performed were charge free. I got a complimentary wash and interior vacuuming. Thank you!!! Audi’s customers service and loyalty to its brand users is always excellent and exceptional. This is why I am Loyal to the brand as well. Thank you! More

Terrible. Imagine yourself being a customer taking your vehicle to the best possible source of service. Walking out to your car you saw your car having a flat t Imagine yourself being a customer taking your vehicle to the best possible source of service. Walking out to your car you saw your car having a flat tire, a crooked bumper and a dent popping from the inside out knowing that whoever assembled your bumper caused this especially when you have proof of pictures documented. This was exactly what happened to me taking my Audi to Hoffman estates to get serviced. To top it off their service manager Andy was extremely rude and didn’t want to own up to their mistakes! More
