Better service than other Audi dealership I had my car towed on Wednesday night and called the next morning to find my vehicle ready for pick up. I was impressed that the service was completed I had my car towed on Wednesday night and called the next morning to find my vehicle ready for pick up. I was impressed that the service was completed in such a timely manner. I then asked for additional service to be included and Mike got right on it for me. I picked up my car by 5pm that day. I am very satisfied with my service and will be back for repairs or purchases even though the location is farther than the closest dealership to my home. More

If there was a minor complaint it was that it took over 7 hours from the time of my appointment and drop-off to hear from the service center about repairs and maintenance issues. Nonetheless, would use them again for service and maintenance on the vehicle. More
