First visit to this store Mike Colles was very nice, I bought my Q5 used and he took the time to look up its history and found out that there was still some unused service cont Mike Colles was very nice, I bought my Q5 used and he took the time to look up its history and found out that there was still some unused service contract life.on it. So he had my 35k service done for me. The shop communicates via messenger, which is fine if someone is monitoring it. Technician Tristan sent me a movie of his inspection that was quite thorough.. I was disappointed that they didn’t have the parts available to complete my recall service. It’s a 45 minute drive for me, so I’m going to have to return when parts are available. They did give me a loaner that I used for 5 days which was quite helpful. More

Frustrating Scheduled an appointment to get new tires. Took time off work to go there and they said they didnt have time so I would have to come back another day. Service department Dropped my car off for service. I was helped right away and was out the door in a loaner car in under 15 minutes.
