Mike Terelli the service manager was friendly, helpful and informative. I was given a loaner and I totally appreciate that. Upon arriving home I received a text saying that my car was in the service department. Later on during the day I received another text with the video that explained what services were performed on my car. Impressive!! The car needed to stay overnight for further work in the morning. In the morning I received a message when I could pick the car up. Upon my arrival I was once again treated with kindness and respect. My car was washed and clean. I am so thankful for that as well. Overall I am always happy and impressed when I visit Hoffman Estates Audi. The best. Thank you!!! More

confused on the price. I came in for service to get my rear brakes replaced. the person who helped me claimed that the price would be cheaper than when I got my front brakes I came in for service to get my rear brakes replaced. the person who helped me claimed that the price would be cheaper than when I got my front brakes replaced which were $605. but when I came back to pick up my vehicle and pay for the service, i was charged $640. they said that the rear brakes are much smaller and cheaper than the front brakes but unfortunately I had to pay much more than what I paid for my front brakes. More

He noted all details and I was ready to go. He had s loaner car ready for my use and promptly got me on my way. Each time I visit Audi Hoffman Estates the experience is terrific. Both MIke Torelli and Rick Kelstrom are always at the ready to answer questions or share current information on Audi. The work done is always exacting and I much appreciate the "video visits" form the mechanics working on my A6. I have been an Audi owner, driver and appreciator of the Audi brand for over 35 years. unprofessional, no ethics service manager; Andy is probably the most unprofessional, rude, unfit guy for his role. Not sure what Audi is thinking with keeping this guy. Took my r8 for a recall and got the car back with a 8” cut on the leather of my steering wheel. He refused to entertain my concern- instead continues to Deny fault and say I drive an old car and it’s bound to happen. My car is in Prestige condition inside and out despite it being a 9 year “old” car. I told him I’m never returning and he laughs. Not only that, I just had my car ceramic coated for $700 and the staff decided to wax / buff the car (I never requested them to clean my car), they left wax splatter all over my engine bay. To make thing worse, they gave me a loaner that was beyond dirty with the previous owners boxers/briefs in the back of the car. At least look over what you guys are handing out or taking in ! More
