Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

Poor communication and sub par service Made an appt. dropped car off at 8am I had to call to get an update at 2pm. SA said he would call me back in 10 mins. An hr later I called back. He pu Made an appt. dropped car off at 8am I had to call to get an update at 2pm. SA said he would call me back in 10 mins. An hr later I called back. He put me on hold for 7 mins to get an update. He said my car was in next. Finally at 330 they call me to update me. They got it fixed but took forever. When I arrived they said it was due to lack of employees, being overall busy and they had a number if waiters come in. Why did I book an appointment if I could come in off the street and be serviced faster? SA was pleasant but poor communication overall. I am a vendor of this dealership and thought after buying a used Audi from another dealer this would be the best place. going forward I will rethink my options. More

Fast and very efficient! It was time for an oil change and a tune up. Your service technician Ted did what he always has done in the past— gone above and beyond! I received a a video report, along with a checklist of the minor issues, and when I called he was honest and very upfront. I did do a few minor extras, but I was very confident with what he told me and how to proceed for the future. Your dealership has always been my preferred Audi source. Excellent Service, Long Wait Overall my experience at Audi Hoffman Estates was very good, and that is primarily due to Service Advisors like Rick Kelstrom that make the difference Overall my experience at Audi Hoffman Estates was very good, and that is primarily due to Service Advisors like Rick Kelstrom that make the difference. My vehicle was serviced for minor repairs (a/c recharge, oil sensor, sunroof switch) which took about 7 hours to complete. In the end, the service still wasn't completed after this amount of time because the sunroof switch was "special order." This required a trip back to the dealership the next week and was replaced in about 25 minutes. The recharge and oil sensor was only a couple hour job, so I'm not sure why I was there from 7am until 2pm. Given all that, Rick was certain to check on me frequently and even arranged a ride to a nearby restaurant. He is a true asset to Audi Hoffman Estates. Audi Westmont is about 20 minutes from my house, but I drive nearly an hour to Audi Hoffman Estates because people like Rick make up for the long waits. In this instance, I had to spend 4 hours driving back and forth. I had a similar experience with my last service here (excessive wait) and I'll still return, I'll just make sure there is a loaner available to use. More
