First class service from first class people! We recently had a loud and continuous screeching noise coming from our front left wheel on our Audi Q5. We thought the brakes had a major problem. We brought the car in thinking we would have a large repair bill. They inspected the car for us and found that it must have been a rock lodged in the breaking mechanism. Faster than expected repair Fuel control module failed on Q8 - no replacements available in the US & Audi said it would be 2-3 weeks from Germany. Since I had to literally limp into the dealer unannounced, no service loaners were available. They arranged for me to use a sales loaner for the 9 days my car was there. The part actually showed up ahead of the estimate & AHE had it installed & the car ready to go that afternoon. More
