Good Service It would be helpful for the service department to have appropriate number of loaner vehicles for their customers. I was not able to complete both vehicle services on the same day as they did not a loaner vehicle available for me and I was not able to leave the vehicle there for more than 24hrs and not have a car. Great experience I took my 2016 A3 in for its 36K mile maintenance. My service advisor was friendly. I was able to get a loaner (a 2019 A5-beautiful)! When I bought th I took my 2016 A3 in for its 36K mile maintenance. My service advisor was friendly. I was able to get a loaner (a 2019 A5-beautiful)! When I bought the car I bought the maintenance package so the only expense I had was a tire rotation. I was disappointed that a typical maintenance thing like this wasn't included, but I had them do it anyway. Also, nobody spoke with me about my car after service , but they did send an email that summarized what was done. Overall it was a good experience. More
