Mike got it done I had made a reservation for Saturday 3/9/19 on the online portal. It was a busy day and Mike was able to make sure that my service was completed to m I had made a reservation for Saturday 3/9/19 on the online portal. He let me know up-front that the service would require diagnostics and until that was completed the resolution they couldn't be sure what those would show. Within 2 hours he texted me that they had reset the errors and that my car was ready. Even had the car washed and ready for me to pick up in those 2 hours. He also let me know that if this occurred again to just call him, and he would get me in right away to further explore. More

It skipped right to "press one if your message is complete" or something like that. Not a big deal but little things like that for a busy person are irritating. Never did speak to Rick, but I think he was going to recommend new tires -- which I will probably wait on regardless. Generally speaking, except occasional efforts to sell me things I don't need (I know, that's your job), I love this dealership and will buy my next car from them. WHEN I'M READY. :) More
