Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

Never informed about the cost I have 2018 Q5 and after an year on having this vehicle, I had to do an oil change which was free by Audi but wanted my tires rotated, the service man I have 2018 Q5 and after an year on having this vehicle, I had to do an oil change which was free by Audi but wanted my tires rotated, the service manager did not say anything on the cost but after the rotation was done, he billed me $40. This was a con. If someone had informed me of the cost, I would have done it at any other place for half the cost. Will never go to this place again. More
