Problem not fixed I took in my car for a recall, routine service and engine warninng lights. In addition theere was a loud clunking when going over bumps. First visit to the service center was a good experience Brought my 2015 Audi Q5 in for its first service visit and to have two recalls addressed; and to have my tires rotated. I was reminded via text and email when my appointment was. Immediately, upon arriving, was greeted and told how long the procedure(s) would take. That was 7:45 a.m. My car was finished and washed by 3:30. The staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint would be that it took all day for the service visit because I was given a loaner vehicle. Had I waited, I would have had my car by 11ish. Although, I had an 8 a.m. appointment, those vehicles whose owners were waiting, were taken first. I will remember that for next time. Overall, a good experience. More

A5 recall Ted in service got me checked and and out the door with a courtesy car in no time, which makes its painless to drop off your car and get to work. Few hours later they sent me a video of of my car where the mechanic walked through what was being done and even included optional general maintenance things to keep an eye on, with no pressure to do them that day!
