Mike was very accommodating as always!! Came in for a battery for my fav & asked the question about my last oil change, didn't have it on file because I had it done at Mcgrath last time!! Mike was quick enough to offer a loaner because I was on my way to a Dr. Appt. & couldn't leave my car!! Saved me time and making another trip from LAKE IN THE HILLS!!
