Mike is wonderful to work, he always helps me get an appointment when needed and gives me detailed information about the service before, during and after with texts or preferred method of contact. My car (2012) is serviced well and I have had only normal wear and tear type things, and it has over 100,000 miles on it now and still runs like new. The porters who greet you are also very nice, polite and accommodating. Also an added plus, they wash the car when it's in for service and there is loaners usually available if needed, too. More

This video was extremely helpful in understanding why the work was needed, and provided an opportunity to see for myself what the issue was. Lastly, Rick worked with the extended warranty staff on my behalf. He handled all of the follow-up and necessary photos and forms. It was wonderful!
