Not only did he walk me through the assessment and work needed, he was incredibly candid on what was needed and the best way to prioritize the work. Service visit Brought car in due to cel on Sat. It was week of Christmas so was told I would get call after holiday. Received call Wednesday 12/26. Told that turbo Brought car in due to cel on Sat. Service person said it’s common and likely happened due to wastegate problem that took out turbo - so I replied with some attitude and said at 37k on odometer? Audi should not have such problems. Asked what Audi Hoffman estimates for fix, told $3600, I replied “that’s not gonna happen, I’ll come pick it up. More
