Worst customer service Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did the service representative lie about the timing of the service completion, Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did the service representative lie about the timing of the service completion, he was rude. I had to wait 4.5 hours for something that they said would be done in 1.5 hours. I don't see a purpose of scheduling an appointment if no one cares at all about that. I would NEVER purchase another car from Audi for the simple fact that everyone there has the worst manners. More

Mike was very accommodating as always!! Came in for a battery for my fav & asked the question about my last oil change, didn't have it on file because I had it done at Mcgrath last time!!
