A few unexpected positives: 1) My car needed to go in for a recall. When I initially called for an appointment, the parts were not available, but the adviser promised to call me back as soon as they were in. He did! 2) My car was pretty dirty when I brought it in. Not only did the dealership wash it, but they CLEANED it inside! Amazing:) 3) The dealership filled my gas tank! That is an awesome touch. Thank you! Rick Kelstrom was fantastic. More

Great Customer Service I had a flat tire on my Audi A4 S line, and did not know if the Audi dealership repair tires, I called up Rick and he stated that they did not. He referred me too a local place that repair tires if I did not want to purchase a brand new one. I went to Discount Tires, and was not comfortable with them working on my Audi, and decided to stop the process and call Rick back at the dealership; He welcomed me with open arms, took care of the problem with no regrets.
