They weren't able to find the issue I've reported , so my breaks still squeak and vibrate. Nobody contacted me (not even a text message with video), so I had to call them after 5 hours of waiting to , so my breaks still squeak and vibrate. Nobody contacted me (not even a text message with video), so I had to call them after 5 hours of waiting to find out nobody is there and get a call one more hour later. They left placard and some garbage in the car. Readjusted seats, climate, mirror, radio... At least I wasn't charged for 6 hours of unsuccessful investigation. They've changed the rear wiper blade successfully. Such a disappointment after great sales experience. More

was ok..........nothing really spectacular. I guess I'm comparing the Audi service experience with the service experience at Mercedes Benz as that's what we had prior to purchasing the Audi. While everything was adequate it just seemed a step below the service we got at Motor Works. Mike was nice enough to work with, I wasn't impressed with the texted video. I have to be honest, I have no particular complaints about anything it just wasn't up to the same level of care that we got at the Mercedes dealer. They did always have a loaner available for me so I didn't need a ride home and that was always nice. You may have that as well, no one said anything though when setting the appointment. More

This is why I come to Audi Hoffman Estates I live in Deerfield there are other Audi dealers much closer BUT the service and quality of work performed on my two Audi’s cannot be matched by other I live in Deerfield there are other Audi dealers much closer BUT the service and quality of work performed on my two Audi’s cannot be matched by other dealerships. From the Service department (RICK) who goes above and beyond to accommodate me and my busy life to the sales department who has provided me with superior sales support in purchasing my latest Audi. There is NO other dealership that I would allow to service my cars especially my monthly detailing, which yes I know there are custom shops that can do the same or perhaps better but the team they have on staff that perform my fully car detailing is the best I have see in many many years plus all under one roof. I am VERY ODC and they pass in my book. More
