Great Service Department Service department was clean and employees were courteous. 3 flat tires Changed all 4 tires with no problem. I had tire protection plan so only had to pay for one of the tire. Unknowledgable staff, liars Slow leak in tire causing flats. Said they diagnosed it, dunked it in water and nothing was wrong. Found out they never tested it just put air in it and reset the pressure. I found out after I wasted 2-1/2 hours of my day that they don't repair tires just replace them. Had I known that from the beginning I never would have brought it in. They left me stranded the next day, had to alter my travel plans. Since then I no take it to Highland Park Audi, hands down a superior dealership! More
