Pleasant atmosphere, decent experience Was originally told the timeframe for service (simple computer tune) would be 45 minutes to 1 hour and to arrive prior to noon to see my Advisor. I to Was originally told the timeframe for service (simple computer tune) would be 45 minutes to 1 hour and to arrive prior to noon to see my Advisor. I told him I was on the way and would be there by 11. I arrived on time and he was gone. After 20 minutes of looking for him another advisor took my car in. The 45 minute service took 2 hours.... BUT, all in all the experience was not terrible, it was just poor communication. I'm happy with the service, they just need to do better on the "personal" side of things. More

This time I wasn’t pleased with the communication and customer service. I was not greeted with a smile but instead I felt like I was bothering the service guy. He honestly seemed annoyed, I’m not sure if he was simply busy and maybe I came at “a bad time” although I had an appointment. I never received a text or call that my car was ready, so at 7pm I called and the service department was closed. I never received a call that my vehicle was ready either. I went the next day to pick up my car and no details of what was done was explained or discussed. There is also a note that I declined tire rotation and I never did. The same service guy came and his demeanor was the exact same. He seemed rushed and didn’t try or want to explain anything when I inquired with the cashier about what was done. If I return I will definitely ask for a different service guy. More
