Efficient service visit I went in to have my 20k service on my A5 Sportback and was told there was also a camera update that needed done and it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Everything about the service was perfect! Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5.
