An excellent service experience I say 'excellent' because I'm not sure of a word expressing a more-perfect experience. First because they immediately had me bring in the car when I called with an issue. Second, a technician was working on the problem, I'm guesing, in less that 15 minutes. Third, because the problem was fixed and I was on my way, with a freshly washed car, by the way! (Too bad the rain started again less than five minutes later. And finally the Fourth reason, because the video with Mark explaining what the problem was and how he resolved it demonstrated the adage "a picture is worth a thousand words'. Thanks to Mark for his work, and to Ted for getting me in, and then seeing me out as a happy and satisfied customer. More
Just checking the issues Charged me $180 just to check as I already asked prior to check whether I'm going to get charged or no. I was very dissapointed with the lack of customer service I recently purchased a 2015 A3 with 21,000 at this location. I was told the Audi care transfered with this car. I brought the car in for its normal se I recently purchased a 2015 A3 with 21,000 at this location. I was told the Audi care transfered with this car. I brought the car in for its normal service/oil change. I was told the Audi care wasnt active. I was told sorry, there is nothing we can do it states inactive. I explained what i was told when I purchased and asked how to figure this out. My representative was rude and not helpful at all. I had to insist on speaking to a managet or whomever to fix this confusion. Thank goodness my sales rep got involved and figured out the situation. I dont know if the service rep was just having a bad day or what but the customer service was poor. Not having a good feeling about my experience it continues...I picked up my car and now the acceration isnt working properly. I explained the dangerous jerking while accerating and the danger on the expressway and they cant look at it for a few days. Based on how I was treated I dont feel this is a coincidence. More

Poor repair I service both my A4 and S5 here for the last 3 years or so. Mike Torelli used to see my cars exclusively. That will no longer be the case. I brough I service both my A4 and S5 here for the last 3 years or so. Mike Torelli used to see my cars exclusively. That will no longer be the case. I brought in the S5 for work and one of the small items was a leak of rain water into the interior. Water was visible on the kick panel in front of the passenger door. Very consistent on where the water was coming from. Carpet was not wet anywhere else. I’ve brought this up before and about a year ago a pressured air blow out of the sunroof drain was attempted. It did not work and the cabin continued to collect water. I brought this up to my service writer again and after reviewing the Audi forums, realized that the clogged drain is a common occurrence in the S5. I specifically brought the clogged drain issue up to my writer Mike Torelli, and he assured me that they knew what it was and would take care of it. I received a call that the problem was the AC drain. I voiced concerns that this was not the problem and I was told that the sunroof drain and the ac drain meet somewhere and combine so if they replace the “bad” ac drain, the car will be fine. I paid for the repair and noticed that the floor mat was wet on the passenger side after the courtesy car wash at Audi. This is consistent with the sunroof drain issue I explained multiple times. I trusted that this water was from having the mats washed and left. I stopped to get the car washed and more water came into the cabin than I have ever had. Obviously, Audi Hoffman did not listen to me, nor did they do any diagnosis on the drain issue. At this point I don’t even know if the ac drain was even faulty. Felt like a cheap money grab and not actually caring about gettIng this right. I called Mike about the issue. He offered to pay for the labor of the actual repair that I needed(I don’t know if this repair was more or less time than the ac drain repair and I’ll never know). I told him that I did not want to pay for the drain hose either considering I just bought an ac drain hose that I don’t even know if it needed replaced. Mike said he would ask to have that taken care of. I showed up to pick up the car and I was billed for the the sunroof drain hose. It was a discounted price, but not free. Mike was not in the day I picked up the car and the manager was unavailable for the 15 minutes I waited to speak with him about my displeasure on this repair. I’m mot going back. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. More
