Work was completed in the estimated time and as specified. I would only offer some constructive suggestions regarding the emailed status report and the video link. The status report at first glance is hard to follow, It is easy to confuse the status keys (colors) headings with the actual status being reported for the inspection items. A yellow status can mean that everything is fine, just not 100%, or that something is worthy of concern. That caused me to think that I should contact the dealership because additional work was recommended. It was not. Also, the video is a novelty, but useless. A technician it talking in a noisy environment and basically saying things already shown in the PDF report, although much was unintelligible. More

Additionally the Audi team (Mike C) put new license plates and holders on my 2008 as the bolts were completely rusted shut, again at no charge. Mike T took care of my 2011 Audi at the earlier visit.
