Immedite service The service dept man schedule service as soon as I called. I brought my Q7 in within an hour. The tire pressure light was coming on evey week or so. Great car great service. Wippers were not clearing windshield using defroster during snowy and icey conditions without using windshield spraying. Customer Service replaced bot Wippers were not clearing windshield using defroster during snowy and icey conditions without using windshield spraying. Customer Service replaced both Wippers. I feel confident this will correct my problem. More

ANDY, SERVICE MGR'S MOTTO: "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!!!"" This review covers my visit to the service department yesterday as a result of the dealer responding to my Jan 4, 2018 review whereby I explained how This review covers my visit to the service department yesterday as a result of the dealer responding to my Jan 4, 2018 review whereby I explained how the dealer broke my CD unit when the car was in for the airbag recall. BTW - all the service advisors at this dealer are really great! I have liked them all. However, the service manager, Andy, is another story. Andy responded to my review highlighting my 10 years of loyalty to the dealer while also claiming that they did not break the CD player. He closed his response with this "So in the interests of extending an olive branch, we will be happy to assist you to the best of our ability with the replacement of your CD changer should one still be available from Audi." I replied that I was grateful for the olive branch and would bring the car in to the have CD player fixed. However, service manager Andy informed me after my car was in their shop for 2 days that he never meant he would cover the cost but rather he would just help get it installed at a discount. He asked me to pay $600 for something his shop broke after extending his "olive branch". I am amazed an Audi dealer can get away with such an obvious bait and switch not to mention again telling me I was lying about the CD player. Andy made an already bad situation worse and cemented this service shops new motto "Customer is always wrong!" Don't waste your time with Andy - go to another shop. More

Good Service Went in to get air in one of my tires ended up with appointment for new tires next Wednesday. Service rep was very friendly and helpful kept me up dated. The car was cleaned but once home I noticed the car was still dirty! Inside had not been vacuumed our mats were very wet I had to dry them still dirty on the out side. Some times they do a good job in cleaning the car other times not so good! More

Outstanding service by Rick Kelstrom, who explained, in detail, what needed to be done.. loaner was provided and he asked me what time I would like to Outstanding service by Rick Kelstrom, who explained, in detail, what needed to be done.. loaner was provided and he asked me what time I would like to pick up the car and I said if you could have it done by 2:00pm, I would appreciate. He called to give me a progress report and to inform me that front and rear brakes would have to be done. Since I was pretty sure I would need new brakes, I told him to go ahead with the repair. He said they would still try to meet my 2:00pm request and the car was actually done by 1:30! Great communication and terrific service! It's a pleasure to work with Rick. More
