Above and Beyond Brought my Q5 in for routine service, and my wife followed me so we could run some errands. On the way, her car started leaking coolant fluid. Ted, Brought my Q5 in for routine service, and my wife followed me so we could run some errands. On the way, her car started leaking coolant fluid. Ted, our service manager, went into the shop and brought out coolant so we could fill the coolant system. When it leaked out too quickly, Ted was extremely helpful with coordinating a tow to the other dealership for my wife's car.
