Audi TT Performance Upgrade First, thanks to Brand Specialist, Robert LeGault for his perception during discussions on Friday, August 11 regarding a new Q3/Q5 that I might want t First, thanks to Brand Specialist, Robert LeGault for his perception during discussions on Friday, August 11 regarding a new Q3/Q5 that I might want to consider an APR performance upgrade for my 2015 TT roadster. He then introduced me to Service Consultant, Scott Hall who specializes in performance upgrades. The following day, (Saturday) Scott thoroughly answered every question about the options available and arranged for the Stage I ECU Upgrade to be performed on my TT. The increase in engine horsepower and torque was noticeably improved. Therefore, I decided to have the Stage II ECU and Cast Downpipe Exhaust System installed on the following Monday. Again, Scott answered all my questions, obtained the required parts, assured me that the work would be performed by a master technician who specializes in APR performance upgrades, and provided an A4 S-Line loaner vehicle. The work was performed on Wednesday and to accommodate my schedule I picked it up on Friday. In the span of 1 week my stock TT gained 72 horsepower, 64 ft-lbs of torque and a pronounced exhaust note. AWESOME! More

Bad service for an high end dealership I was at their service first for second time with No soldlve result. I bought a s3 3 months ago and did not use the air conditioner since the weather I was at their service first for second time with No soldlve result. I bought a s3 3 months ago and did not use the air conditioner since the weather was nice, and when I started use it, some weird unpleasant smell come from the a/c. So I schedule the appt to get it fix. Thought it would be easy, they cleaned it the first time last week, right after done, I still smell it, the service guy told me drive it for couple days to see if the smell gone. And it not, so I called made an appt, the guy who answer my phone said it is no problem. And I brought my car in today, they service guy asked me "oh, you back, what's up?". Why would they not know what I'm getting when I already schedule an appt for it. First of all. Second he told me that " we don't have the machine to clean it, you have to drive to other dealer in Chicago to get it fix". That pissed me off, I bought the car at their dealer ship, why would they sell the car that they cannot provide the service on while I bought every single service packages.and I told the guy I bought the car here, you guys have to fix it, and he was like tell me to talk to their manager, he was like tell me that when I bring the car in next time get the loaner so they can drive my car to the shop to be fixed! What kind of service is this???!! People who buy this brand don't have time to drive back and fort for the unprofessional service!! More
