Professional and Courteous Mike is very professional and courteous. I brought my Audi in for an oil change. I am old fashioned and believe in frequent oil changes, evey 5,000 Mike is very professional and courteous. I brought my Audi in for an oil change. I am old fashioned and believe in frequent oil changes, evey 5,000 miles. Mike told me or work that was not done at 35,000 miles and recommended that it be done. I agreed and authorized the work. The work was completed promptly. Due to the extreme weather, he car was not washed. I returned yesterday, the 19th t get my Audi washed. I was given priority service which was much appreciated.
